Building Access Control (fire doors and garage)
Unilodge uses Mox Swipe card technology to control access into the building (via the Mox Coral), and access in and out of the garage (Mox 8-Door controller). To ease resident/guest exits, egress buttons are installed. Swipe card access is managed using Mox's powerful multi-apartment-block Iris Insight software, and cards can be marked as lost or disabled as required.
Intercom system
Unilodge uses 86 Mox Opal Audio Intercoms and 1 Mox Coral Gate modules to facilitate resident communications with guests, and remotely unlock the front door to them if required (allowing access)
