Chirnside Park Shopping Centre

Chirnside Park Shopping Centre is a shopping centre, situated approximately 32 kilometres east-north-east of the Melbourne CBD. The shopping centre opened in 1979 as a small convenience shopping centre which has grown over the years, opening businesses such as Kmart, Target, Woolworths, Coles and Reading Cinemas. Jay Vee Technologies was contracted to provide equipment and programming/wiring support for the Mox Access Control system which replaced the existing access control system.

Fifty Albert

Fifty Albert is a 30-story high rise apartment building overlooking Albert Park lake with 270 apartments, a gym, entertainment level with BBQ's and 8 levels of Car Parks.

Fifty albert uses a combination of MOX Products and JayTech CCTV products for building management and maintenance. All shared locks utilise swipe card technology to control access within permitted times. Our MOX system at Fifty Albert was featured in Australian National Construction Magazine.

Unilodge On Raleigh

UniLodge on Raleigh is a purpose built student accommodation complex comprising of 86 Studio & One Bedroom apartments, with a MOX IP-based Audio intercom system which utilises:

  • 86x Mox Opal Handsets(Audio Only). Located within each apartment
  • Mox 8-Gate-Controller, used to allow swipe card access into the carpark, and control egress buttons
  • Mox Coral Front Door Intercom
  • Mox Iris Insight Software. Used to program and manage cards to allow access into the front of the building, and carparks
